ARLANXEO

In March 1962, Fabor (a synthetic rubber factory) began operations in Duque de Caxias as a unit of Petrobras and became the first petrochemical plant in Brazil. This unit was renamed Petroflex on February 11, 1977. In April 1992, Petroflex, previously controlled by Petroquisa, was privatized. In April 2008, it was acquired by LANXESS.

A joint venture between Lanxess and Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil company, was announced in September 2015. Since April 1, 2016 all activities of LANXESS Elastomers were allocated under the name ARLANXEO, a combination of words between the two groups.

RM provides services to ARLANXEO and its predecessors, for more than 25 (twenty-five) years, at the Duque de Caxias Unit that produces emulsion styrene butadiene rubber (ESBR) and latex.

BR DISTRIBUIDORA S/A.


Petrobras Distribuidora was created on November 12, 1971, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, which began to operate in the commercialization and distribution of oil derivatives for the whole Brazilian country.

Due to the enormous development of Petrobras Distribuidora as a company, in 1974, in its third year of operations, the Company reached the position of the country's largest oil derivatives distributor, perfoming its function in a strictly competitive way - on an equal basis with other distributors and overcoming domestic and foreign competitors.

RM has provided services to BR DISTRIBUIDORA since 2000, at the Duque de Caxias Lubricants Factory and more recently at the Betim Terminal (TEBET).

BRASKEM

Suzano Petroquímica started its activities in 1974. The company is leader in the production of polypropylene resins in Latin America and the national second place in thermoplastic resins. In 2004, it increased its share in Polipropileno Participações, holding more than 98% of its total capital, and restructured its operations, giving greater emphasis to the management of the activities of Polibrasil and its subsidiaries: Riopol, Politeno and Petroflex. In 2008, Quattor emerged, as the result of the union of Rio Polímeros and Suzano Petroquímica and other major petrochemicals.

In 2010 Quattor is acquired by Braskem, which in 2012 becomes the Americas leader in resins production and the largest producer of biopolymers on the planet. With 40 industrial units: 29 are installed in Brazil, in the states of Alagoas, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo. Five are in the United States, two are in Germany and four are in Mexico. With a production capacity of more than 16 million tons/year of thermoplastic resins and other chemical products.

RM has provided services to BASKEM and its predecessors, since 1999, in the Duque de Caxias Units.

PETROBRAS - PETRÓLEO BRASILEIRO S/A.

Petrobrás is a publicly traded corporation that operates in an integrated and specialized way in the oil, natural gas and energy industry. It is present in the exploration and production, refining, commercialization, transportation, petrochemical, derivatives distribution, natural gas, electric energy, gas-chemical and biofuels segments in Brazil and in several countries. Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, it is one of the largest energy companies in the world.

RM has provided services to PETROBRAS since 2008 at the Duque de Caxias Refinery and other projects.

TRANSPETRO – PETROBRÁS TRANSPORTE S/A.

Petrobras Transporte S.A. - Transpetro is an important company for fuel transportation and logistics in Brazil. It also operates in the import and export operations of oil and oil products, gas and ethanol. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petrobras, it links the production, refining and distribution areas of the Petrobras System and serves several distributors and the petrochemical industry. Therefore, Transpetro operates nationaly, with facilities in 20 of the 27 Brazilian states.

RM has provided services to TRANSPETRO since 2008 at the Campos Elíseos Terminal (TECAM) and more recently, in 2015, in the D'Água and Redonda Islands.
